Home Health Registered Nurse

As a home health nurse, you would be responsible for conducting assessments and patient teaching in the home setting. Depending on patient needs, you might also be responsible for providing wound care, central line care, ostomy/catheter maintenance, or phlebotomy. Home health is extremely rewarding and allows to you spend the time you need getting to know your patients and their families.

Requirements
Licensed RN or LPN
Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and car insurance
Valid nursing license in the state working
Graduate of state approved nursing program in most cases
